  • F*ck Yes Fitness offers an unapologetic, bold, high-energy 30-minute workout experience designed to challenge and empower you. Beyond getting our asses in shape, FYF is focused on self-love and personal growth. Empowering you to be your fearless self, always!

  • We keep it simple, baby. We work with our body weight as the weight. No fancy equipment is needed. Here’s the list to get started.

    1. A yoga mat

    3. Foam Roller (Fridays)

  • 7am PST. MTWTF 52 weeks a year. Snow, Rain, Hail or Shine.

    • Bold, Empowering Workouts: Unlike traditional gym classes, FYF is unapologetically fun and empowering, focusing on self-love and confidence.

    • No Equipment Needed: Just your body weight (except for foam rollers on Fridays)—no gym gear or membership required.

    • Quick & Intense: 30-minute daily workouts designed for busy schedules.

    • Exclusive Community: Get support, motivation, and accountability through our private Instagram group.

    • Flexibility & Convenience: Workouts you can do anytime, anywhere, with no need to travel to a gym.

    Peach Patrol, here we come! We’re sculpting our cheeks so bouncy; they’re practically trying to escape your jeans—it’s booty time.

  • TUEs / Guns n' Guts

    No weights, no problem. Using body weight, we ride into a session that’ll snatch your abs and tone your arms like never before.

  • WED / Sweat Sl*Ts

    Our highest impact class. Built on grit and grind. This is your time to push harder, sweat more, and slay like the badass you are.

  • THURS / Core Machine

    Yes, mamma, I got you. Using moves designed to strengthen and define. We are working those abs, toning that back, slimming our sides.

  • FRI / FLOW RIDE

    Flow with intention and get hot and heavy with signature moves like ‘Reverse Cowboy Boi’. Setting you up to ride into the weekend.
