The Aussie-born, Canadian-made powerhouse behind Fck Yes Fitness — a bold, no-BS daily live workout that meets you exactly where you're at.
In 2025, after having my thyroid removed, I hit pause on my career as a award winning filmmaker and stepped into a new role: fitness leader. I built FYF to deliver high-intensity, fun-as-hell workouts that help you move your body, feel strong, and actually enjoy the process.
My mission? To help you show up for yourself, sweat it out, and say “Fck Yes!” to feeling good.

FckYes Fitness is a daily live workout led by Cassie - your no-BS coach with high vibes, killer playlists, and a passion for helping you feel strong in your body.
Class goes live weekdays at 7 AM PT, but with unlimited replays, so you can move whenever works for you. Each session is built around bodyweight, strength and functional movement, so you can level up at your own pace.
For $60/month, you get 5 live classes a week, 1:1 check ins, replays, a supportive, sweat-loving community and VIP access to benifits, prizes and IRL events.
No fancy gear needed—just your body, a mat, and the commitment to show up. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about building strength, confidence, routine and saying: Fck Yes, I’m doing this for me.

Fck Yes Fitness is an unapologetic, bold, high-energy 30-minute workout. Classes are delivered live - online every morning at 7am. Beyond getting our asses in shape, FYF is focused on self-love and personal growth.

We keep it simple, baby. We work with our body weight as the weight. All you need is.

I Live Stream a new class at 7 am PST on this website. That video stays available for 24 hours before it is replaced the following morning. You can meet me on the mat at 7:00 a.m. or work out later in the day. Consistency is key.

It’s Raw + Real: Each workout is designed to make you. No two workouts are the same.
No Equipment Needed: Just your body weight. It’s amazing what you can do.
Efficient. Each class is 30 minutes, totalling 2.5 hours of exercise per week. We recommend hitting 3 classes a week to see results.
